About Larry Greene
Larry began his career buying, starting, and selling businesses for his own portfolio in the late 1990s.Within just a few short years, he realized that his greatest talent was in the analysis, packaging, and brokering of other companies.
To serve this passion, he transitioned out of ownership and into representing buyers and sellers in the lower middle market. Now, he takes a unique approach to the M&A business as a Certified M&A Advisor and successful business coach.
Larry runs several CEO advisory boards and coaches a number of successful business owners.
He finds that this intimate relationship with business owners complements his M&A practice. Larry’s boutique approach to his practice allows him to be very selective in choosing clients to work with, which in turn provides his clients with higher-touch service.
Larry especially caters his practice to family businesses exiting after a long, successful run. These business owners often lack family members to which they can transition ownership, so they look to the open markets for a solution instead.
